PHF Fire is proud to support one of London’s most iconic high-rise developments: 22 Bishopsgate — a landmark vertical village at the heart of the City.
Standing 278 metres tall, 22 Bishopsgate is the tallest building in the Square Mile and a hub for global businesses, premium hospitality, and public amenities. With over 1.275 million square feet of office space, it houses a wide variety of tenants across multiple floors, each with unique operational and compliance needs.
PHF Fire provides comprehensive fire protection services across a number of tenant floors, as well as maintaining the main core fire contract for the building’s landlord systems. Importantly, each of the tenants we support has a separate fire safety contract with PHF Fire, allowing us to tailor services to their specific requirements while working in harmony with the building’s overall safety infrastructure.
More than just office space, 22 Bishopsgate features world-class amenities, including:
- Two restaurants, including a flagship Gordon Ramsay venue on the 60th floor, and a second at low level
- A full-service gym on level 41
- The UK’s highest free public viewing platform on level 58, attracting over 200 visitors daily
PHF Fire proudly maintains the fire systems for each of these major tenants, helping ensure that guests, staff, and the public experience these spaces safely and with confidence.
The fire safety infrastructure within 22 Bishopsgate is among the most sophisticated in London. PHF Fire is responsible for maintaining:
- 108 fire alarm panel nodes
- 72 PAVA (Public Address & Voice Alarm) racks
- Over 10,000 total input devices across both landlord and tenant systems
